"I called the day before valentines day which was my mistake, obviously, no fault to this business. The man I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful, but when it was time for me to speak to the designer, she was short, rude, and unhelpful. She let me know that the flowers I was asking for, I wouldn't find anywhere this time of year, which was great information, but it was the way in which she relayed this to me. I let her know I had never ordered flowers before, and I understood if she didn't have what I was looking for and she was extremely rude and made me feel stupid for even asking for a couple of the flowers I inquired about. I would not recommend for someone who is new to floral arrangements and purchasing flowers. I had a backup plan for a more simple, classic valentines arrangement I was going to go with in the event that they didn't have my original idea, but I ended up just deciding against it because it was so stressful to talk to this woman."
