"Tried to buy flu medicine and snacks on my way home from classes. One of the female managers followed me around the store the entire time I was there, then accused me of stealing despite the fact that I had my items bagged up by the clerk, and a receipt."
"My buddies and I went in to grab a couple drinks and waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to the register. We were standing there talking while the 2 employees sat In the back talking. The bell at the register was removed so we could not respectfully call them over, and they were just completely oblivious to the fact that we were there"
"Great service - Store Manager is very nice. No Pharmacy at this location but there is plenty of essential items. Easy quick stop and the employees are always willing to go the extra mile to help or substitute an item if its not in stock :)"
"For the 2 years I resided near the campus, this particular CVS had been a quick and convenient option for running errands and filling out my grocery lists. If you are a pedestrian or biking student, the emporium is easily accessible and takes only a few minutes to reach. I have since relocated to the west coast and have found the area amiss of this particular chain. Unfortunately the staff at this campus location was less than friendly towards me, though I was a repeat customer who had made nearly weekly trips to their store. These incidents were between a few regular employees; those most often seen during the University’s vacation and holiday seasons. Again, as a repeat customer (who had spent more than several hundred dollars in their facility) I was often followed around the store by staff (some of whom I didn’t recognize), and at one point, in making returns for cosmetics, I was told in derisive manner to “have done more research before buying”. This is anecdotal, but I am a regular customer with IT, Macy’s, and Sephora — I only had made the returns as there were issues with the drug-store cosmetics and their tendency to oxidize or appear too dark on my skin. I’d also habitually “underdress”, when not attending class, for the comfort of biking, but I certainly never appeared unkempt. I do feel somehow that my appearance had effected my shopping experience in a negative manner — perhaps it was my lacking of a sporty NorthFace pull and some Ugg boots? It had been an unfortunate, and hopefully isolated incident, my only concern is that other students do not receive this treatment in the future."
"During the day, the line is always ridiculous. They need more staff at the front. They're always friendly but there's just not enough of them. Shouldn't take 15 minutes to check out at CVS if I'm not even picking up a prescription."
