"One of the nicest and most organized bookstores, but that's offset because the customer service has gone downhill on the cafe side. Quite a few of the younger servers are not that friendly and the overall service is spotty depending on whose working at the time...especially when the less friendlier ones are paired with the normally nice ones. I actually saw a mouse run past me and go behind the food counter. Another lady saw it too and we looked at each other in sheer disbelief. Will continue to go there but will only get coffee from now on."

"Always love spending time in B&N bookstore. During the Holiday shopping it was busy as usual. Considering this, my experience was good. Two hiccups fir future planning: 1) The cashier was new so didn't know how to add value to an existing gift card I bought on an earlier trip. I changed my mind and wanted to give person more. I has to buy a second gift card to achieve the value desired. It was Christmas eve so I didn't raise a fuss and gave two gift cards. 2) The middle desk had been being used to provide cashier services the day before. This changed Christmas eve, but no signs, so I spent about 10 extra minutes waiting there only to be directed to very long line at front of store. The good news is although not thoroughly trained the front of the store cashier's had the line moving rapidly."

"I la la love a bookstore. I was at this Barnes & Noble for three hours. Just walking around looking at books. People say you can’t judge a book by its cover. I totally disagree. Some of my favorite books I got because I liked the cover. I bought some Christmas presents based on what I read inside the sleeve and a little bit with the cover look like. Prices are good. My only criticism of any bookstore is there so much extra stuff. But that’s not an issue. I did enjoy this bookstore and I definitely will be going back."

"Neat and organized store with a friendly staff and a great variety of books. There are usually some sales. Best is that they can order books not in stock and ship to your home. After shopping, the indoor Starbucks cafe is a nice area to begin reading with a beverages, and it offers Wifi, too."
