"Shady business practices. They fly under the Allstate flag but sell Mapfre. I have never met Jason Calianos. I added a vehicle to my policy, paid in full, and within days get snail mail notice from Mapfre that my policy is expiring in 20 days for, "No Mass Plate". No phone call. I showed my physical plates fresh out RMV to the nice lady who I'm sure makes minimum, so clerical error is something I just don't buy. Several unflattering reviews have recently vanished, which is why I'm adding my own."

They both tried to help and figure out how to help me, so that I may help their customer take his car. On the other Hand I want to point out that Linda is the worst receptionist or Ins agent I have ever had the displeasure of "NOT SPEAKING TOO", she just picks up the phone listens to see who is asking for assistance then Hangs up the phone if she finds your tone disagreeable.
