"Arabella is one of the worst insurance companies in the US. I had it for two years, and mid January of 2024 I was contacted by the costumer service to let me know that my coverage would expire the very next day. I asked why I wasn’t notified ahead of time and they claimed that they sent me a non renewable letter on the mail. Same letter that I never heard off or had seen on my mail box. When I told the person speaking to me the facts, they told me that, “making sure that the mail was delivered wasn’t a part of their job”. Next, the same person tried to sell me a new policy for $600/month. I just hung up the phone. I honestly couldn’t believe that Arbella’s employees were getting paid just to deliver one of the most terrible costumer service to their costumers without even getting reported for their inhumane actions. As a costumer like many other Americans I praise respect and good code of conduct no matter to who or where I go. So, to the next Arbella’s employee who reads this review please show some respect to others and to the work that you perform before it becomes too late and you make your company loose all of its costumers. Thanks for the lesson Blessings to all"
"After ending my policy and canceling auto pay with them, Arbella withdrew over $500 from my bank account and is refusing to refund me. Pretty sure this is illegal. Will be contacting a lawyer and the local news. **Editing to say that I emailed Megan, the person who responds to these comments and encourages you to reach out to her, and she didn’t respond. Thanks for nothing Megan!"
"Worst car insurance you could possibly have! Their customer service is awful, and the representatives are just rude and unhelpful. With a policy fully paid, they refuse to even cover any damages, even if you have full coverage. When filing a claim, they take weeks to investigate and give you zero updates on the process, just extremely poor service. This makes you feel like they don’t even care. Even in a snow accident they don’t bother to take into account that the accident was weather-related. They still said they needed to investigate 12 days after filing the claim! What were they looking for, the cure for cancer? I would not recommend this auto insurance to anyone, even if their monthly plan was $1. You’re basically donating money to their company because when it comes down to needing coverage, they are of no use at all! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH ARBELLA INSURANCE!!!! You’ll regret it."
"I’ve been a loyal customer to Arbella for 12 years since I got my license when I turned 16 and after paying tens of thousands of dollars to this company I can no longer renew my plan because of 1 accident I got in this year. I talked to my agent and they basically told me to try Geico and there’s nothing they can do. So much for being a loyal customer for over 10 years! Clearly Arbella only cares about money and not the customers paying their salaries."
"I've used Arbella for roughly 3 years now and I'm happy to be cancelling my subscription through them next month. Their poor quality service and general rude attitude towards customers makes them a terrible choice of a company when you need someone in your lane to help insure anything. It feels more like working directly against them at any given moment. If they are your lowest rate I'd say take it, but you should be looking for any other option as soon as you can. In my 3 years they have been able to find me exactly zero discounts or ways to lower my rate, and have in fact managed to raise it each year for no given reason! Each time I ask if there's anything I can work on to help lower my rate or help to move forward to help my rate, they give me non answers or are purposefully unhelpful with answers like "No... We're really sorry" followed by long uncomfortable pauses before they abruptly hang up. This isn't an ideal, or even a mediocre Insurance company, it's poor quality."
