Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

"I had reported a claim on November 28 of 2023 and till this day January 5th 2024, have not heard from my Rep Logan Henry which he in charge of my claim. He just doesn’t call just texting and giving me the runaround, like: he’s out of the office from the holidays and about a week ago he stated that his phone is down. Worse communication ever dealt with."

"Don’t bother. Poor communication, takes 4 months to pry an answer out them, holds your money and vehicle hostage after taking it off your property. They will do and say whatever to get you the lowest possible value and deny your comparison claims (the once a month they answer you) even if it’s the same car and mileage, they don’t care about you, they care about their money. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat customers who gave you no issues for years, you lost my business for life. One star is too high, should be zero."

"Progressive insurance is the worst insurance company I've had to deal with. Poor communication, poor effort on assisting, poor employed Claims staff. The claims department is awful. It's been over 3 months and I still am confused about my claim. The person who totaled my car has already established their selves. I'm still here wondering what my insurance company is doing. All progressive insurance does is collect money to make auto insurance commercials for television. I still have no car and i have no response from Progressive. And they're taking a payment every month, asking me to be patient..when it's cold out and I have no vehicle. Still thinking of Progressive insurance??? They WILL disappoint you. They WON'T do what they claim. Buyer beware-"

"My experience was not acceptable. After receiving a quote and confirming email that our Home Owners policy was effective we received a cancellation notice less than 2 weeks later. Citing a negative inspection. Our home is not in disrepair. Now our former insurance carrier no longer will write in our area. This experience, contrary to as advertised, is costing us more money and aggravation."
