"The team at McCracken Auto West came through for me again! My wife broke down on her Thursday evening commute home. I had the car towed to McCracken well after closing hour and just left a key and a note in their mailbox. Although already quite busy, manager Mark called me first thing Friday morning to give a status update, and somehow master mechanic Al squeezed me into his schedule. I went in there with an unknown issue that had previously been “fixed” by someone else and they are most honest, professional shop. This is not a place that will attempt to upsell you in any way shape or form and they treat you like they would handle services for their own cars - by doing everything in their power to fix the job without it costing you more than it needs to. Wayne has been incredibly helpful and always takes me in when I call him, and even did so in the 100 degree heat the day my AC stopped working and I had a long trip to make, even though he was closing for the day. I will never go anywhere else. You should know they are extremely fair priced, I highly recommend McCracken for anything and everything. Their entire staff is a pleasure which is the cherry on top!"
