"Brought car in for inspection of air suspension system as rear of E320 was sinking regularly after 2 days of sitting. Service adviser said it would take 2+ hours to do a “complete analysis” of the suspension system, would be $400. After the analysis, MB Westwood said the problem was a leaky air suspension bag, replacement would be $1400. After some discussion they agreed to do the work for $1100. Two days later, the car sunk again, back to a low-rider. I brought it back to MB Westwood and they agreed to take another look. This time they found a failing solenoid in the system, wanted another $900 ! Sorry, but they should have picked this up during the “complete analysis” of the system. I offered to pay for the part ($345) if MB assumed the labor but that was denied by adviser. I sent a note to Service Manager more than a week ago, no response. Very disappointed in their performance and lack of support and response."

"Little update. April 27. After two details. Repaired the front bumper but still needs to add ceramic pro on it. Not tires replaces. Not tweeter replaced. Not sir filter replacement due to prior owner smokes cigar. No more comment but bad news. Emailed and talked to Vincent. "He does not know anything and tries to help". Useless! I did file a complaint with attorney General of ma. ! Follow for more!"

"Bad experience at their service center *Unresponsive , always got sent to voice mail and never received a call back . Especially the advisor kennedy. Only way for me to get an update was a 2 hour drive. *the advisor sold me on repairs to fix the issues with my car but later in the report they've written that they didn't even confirm the issues that I described. And not surprisingly the issues are still present. I ended up spending multiple thousands of dollars to get my car with the same isues as before. * they made a mistake in the bill near the amount of 500 dollars. They fixed once I pointed it out without even a simple apology. Edit: It turns out I had a problem with egr, which I specifically told them to check and for which my car was still under federal warranty ( but it was near the limit of that warranty). Because they were dishonestand lied instead of checking it, I have to fix it out of pocket because my car is no longer under federL warranty. These guys are just the worst."

"Great experience! I recently brought my vehicle to the Mercedes-Benz Service Center in Westwood, MA for the first time. I called to make an appointment to have the airbags replaced because they have been recalled. I was given an appointment for the following week, and was offered a loaner vehicle. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish and was done at no cost to me. To my surprise, when my vehicle was returned to me it was sparkling clean! It made me feel like a long-time customer. Maria was particularly helpful making all the arrangements. If you have a choice of dealerships, I highly recommend the Westwood location!"
