"I've been with this agency for a few years and I'm sorry to say yesterday I had the worst customer service experience with Matt. After mixup and coverage which was no big deal I asked to speak to a manager as I was dissatisfied with his customer service in his health. He refused to put a manager on the phone and every time I call back he pretty much instructed every single staff in that agency not to help me and redirect the clock to him. This includes Stephanie angie in every other staff member that works in thereI have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional company as I did with this agency. Today I called back to speak with Stephanie in my car was automatically redirected to Matt who claims now to be the manager. If this is how this agency is going to do business I prefer to take my business elsewhere."
