"Awful experience. FedEd Ground delivered my package to the wrong address and refused to reimburse. I always try to use the United States Postal Service when possible. I hope more companies offer this as an option. Support the USPS."
"Terrible service! Driver said wrong address on label but it's the same address they've delivered for years. Then they promised same day redeliver but didn't. Then told I have to pick up in chicopee. Drove 20 min for them to ignore the door bell. Customer pickup phone number at warehouse "not accepting calls at this time" FedEx sucks!!"
"FedEx ground in Chicopee is horrible with deliveries!! They had my package out for delivery only to inform me it was delayed and will be delivered the next day. This happened 4 days in a row before it was actually delivered on the 5th day they had it. No excuse to take that long. Customer service is just as bad. I called on a Saturday and offered to pick up the package myself only to be told I could but not until Tuesday."
"Poor service and no accountability. FedEx ground did not require a signature for a computer costing thousands of dollars. They marked it delivered but it didn't arrive or was stolen. Automated system prevents me from speaking to a person. I can only report it through their system and receive automated updates. I have to work with Dell to report it, and they won't do anything until I also involve the police. This is why on-time delivery and required signatures are so important by the carrier."
