"At 9:38 am today, I was on the left lane of McGrath Hwy next to Stop and Shop. As I was ready to pass by the Yellow Cab, the driver drove over the yellow line. I beeped the horn so the driver moved back to the right lane. When I passed by the driver, I turned my head back and I saw the driver talking on the phone and there was a passenger in the car also. It is absolutely ridiculous! Does MGL require hands free driving? By the way, the registration for that cab is 17DF."
