"The sales associates at customer service and cashiers are always pleasant. However, I find it appalling that customers seem to be unable to pick up after themselves The shoe department looks like a dump. Customers, it wouldn’t kill you if you put the shoes back that you don’t want in their box and back on the shelf. Help out a bit so we can all have an enjoyable shopping experience."

"The Nashua Kohl's was a little messy, but that's a bit expected during the holidays. I passed a few associates, but weren't greeted by any. However, my entire experience was made by cashier Barbara. She was so friendly, very cheerful, and genuine. As a customer service manager, I'm jealous that Barbara works here instead of for me!!! She's amazing at her job. Fast, funny, real ... And she pointed out that a coupon was sent in my email that I hadn't realized was there. I'm giving a 5 star review for Barbara! On any future visits, I'm letting anyone in line go ahead of me until Barbara's register is taking the next customer! She's THAT good."

"The entire store was a mess and picked over. I wanted a pair of heels and didn't even bother when I saw the state of the shoe section. I did manage to find a pair of tights but that was after 15 minutes of searching. That selection was also severely lacking."
