"Rob and his wife did a great job at my large house this morning. He beat his competitor by $283 on the roof cleaning initial quote. He followed this up by doing the roof on my garage for free. For a very reasonable price he agreed to clean the vinyl siding on the front of the house. Everything looks great and it sure appears that he cleaned the siding on more than just the front. I highly recommend Rob with one reservation. The reservation is that he left an old 64 gallon dumpster on my property. He has refused to pick it up using various excuses. Cleaning up and not leaving stuff is part of the job. This is why I lowered his ranking by 2 stars."
