"This cleaning service is to be avoided due to both the poor pricing information given and the lack of professionalism from the owner (Tracy). We contacted them to have a house that we were purchasing cleaned from top to bottom before we moved in. We sent them detailed information regarding what we wanted, the size of the house, and the fact that the previous owners were smokers. We were sent back an estimate of 5-6 hours with 2 cleaners (total of 10-12 labor hours). The day before they were supposed to be there, they emailed us that only one person would be available due to an injury of the second person (this is not something that I blame Tracy for). The first cleaner came on Monday and did a pretty good job of cleaning several rooms upstairs. She was scheduled to come back on Wednesday with a second person to finish the job. By Wednesday afternoon (now 12 full labor hours into the job), they were still not done with the main floor of the house. They spent a couple of hours in the finished basement cleaning, but did an exceedingly poor job due to the rushed nature of trying to finish (had to be done that day since the movers would be there in the morning with our furniture). To illustrate the types of things they missed, in two rooms there were significant numbers of cob webs that were clearly never touched by the cleaners, and there were floors that were not cleaned at all. Instead of getting unpacked we have spent significant time re-cleaning things that were not done the first time. Overall the job took twice as long (and cost twice as much) as the estimate that we were given and didn't even come close to being complete. I spoke to the owner (Tracy) about this and she was hostile and unprofessional about it and took no responsibility for any of it. She also lied to me and said that we had not told her that the previous owners were smokers. I read back to her the email the we sent to her which included that fact, and by calling her out on this only made her more hostile. This is a "cleaning service" to be avoided."
