"After MONTHS of waiting for Home Depot to deliver and install carpet in our movie room to no avail. We went over to Bart's to see what they had to offer. The owner Tom was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Immediately he was able to find what we were looking for (evidently black carpet isn't common lol) and give us a reasonable time frame. He stuck to it! In between ordering and install when we had questions we also spoke to Jeff. He was also very knowledgeable, nice and courteous. They were able to have the carpet delivered and installed almost immediately. The installers were very friendly and did an amazing job!
