"The van broke down and they had to reschedule. The day of the 2nd appointment, they called 15 minutes after they were due to be here, they called to reschedule AGAIN because of the van still being in the shop. I inquired why we weren’t notified earlier, so we could have avoided hours of moving furniture off the carpet and they said they were sorry, they should have."
