"There seems to be a consistent issue when it comes to getting my packages, or packages on time. Yesterday I called and scheduled to pick up my package from this location , after going to the ups store in Latham because that’s originally where I was told to pick up my package, they didn’t have it , went to this ups store and they claimed they didn’t have it , sent me to another ups store and just for them to tell me my package was at this ups. I drove from 10am to 12pm trying to pick up my order which I was never able to . I ended up without my package and still don’t have it. This whole thing was unprofessional. No one could track my package in person but over the phone they found it. So disappointing. Also now they marked it as picked up and I never got my package !"
