"Confused and disappointed. My size 36 waist work pants that I've had for a few years now were a little loose fitting. Decided to with a pair of 34 Waist and they fit like spandex. Sent them back and went with the 36 again and they still fit tight. I don't understand why the inconsistencies. I have 4 different pair of the work pants and they fit 4 different ways. I love what you guys are doing but it's hard to stay behind you."

"I have bought several Origin products so far (boots, jeans, VRSA pants, belt, hoodie) and I have loved every single one of them! The quality and comfortability of their products truly is unmatched in my opinion. The boots are more comfortable than my Timberlands and the jeans are more durable and comfortable than my Levi’s. I’ve had one interaction with Origins customer service and they quickly fixed my issue. I was very pleased with my experience with them. I came across this company through being a fan of Jocko, and I am so glad I did! One thing I’ve seen in the reviews is comments on the price, however, I see these pieces as products I am buying to last me a lifetime. The money for something sources and made in the USA, that is quality, comfortable, and backed 100% by the company is well worth the money in my opinion. It’s hard to compare this company and their products to other companies, because there really is not another company like this one, making products like this. But I am a big supporter of Origin and am happy to be a lifelong customer of theirs!"

"I will start this off by saying I like what Origin is doing and if you want their products then get them. I had a very poor experience with their customer service. I purchased their pack of 3 T-shirts in September and they never showed up, I waited two months and then finally emailed them. It turns out that after I placed the order they ran out of stock, that’s alright but I should have been notified. Instead of contacting me first and offering a solution they kept my money and changed the or.“partially shipped” because one of the shirts were in stock. This shirt should have showed up, but I think it got lost in the mail. I emailed them on November 15th and then they got back to me and offered solutions, if I had not contacted them I don’t know how long I would’ve waited because they didn’t know when the shirts would be back in stock. They offered a refund, but that didn’t show up until today and Black Friday ended yesterday. I understand it takes time to process a refund, but mine should have been expedited since I had waited since September for the shirts. I still want to support origin and I will, but this customer service is some of the worst I’ve had. Amazon would have done better. This review isn’t because the company or products are bad, but because I want them to be aware of where they failed. I should have been notified when the product I ordered was out of stock and my money should have been refunded quicker ahead of Black Friday, somebody should have worked a holiday to fix this mistake."

"2-4 weeks for refunds and exchanges?!? A bit ridiculous and excessive for an "American made" brand. I will not be a returning customer. Poor quality, high prices, long wait time to get a refund on returned goods. There are better American made brands out there with a lot less dog and pony hoops to jump through than Origin."
