"It took half an hour for my food. After 20 minutes I asked if they were preparing my food, and a worker who I think is a manager rudely said we are training someone. They then put my fries in the bag, and I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food, the fries were cold, they had been sitting in the bag for 10 minutes. There was no apology or thank you, my food was just roughly set down on the counter. This location is the worst that I've ever been to."

"Your daytime manager on Saturday, October 14 sucks. They oughta get their business straight. In fact this happens most all the time in this place. Very poor management. In fact, there takeout is even worse. I don’t know how many times, including today didn’t even get all the order. And when you have a promotion that ends the people at the drive-through ought to know about it. I never would’ve ordered all the food that I got. when the promotion is going on or has ended and you ask about the specials, they should know either, it’s still going on or no it not! Plain and simple. And the manager said oh well."

"Went there for 2 burgers, 2 drinks, 2 fries. It was about 830 pm I was the 3rd car in line and it took 15 to 20 minutes to my fast food order. While sitting at the window no one came to give an up date or even say it would be a while. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT A MCDONALDS!"

"I ran from my class at UMF to try and catch the breakfast shift, as I do everyday. Today I got here and when I finished my order, the receipt didn’t print. And when I went to another kiosk, no more breakfast. I wasn’t going to eat a burger for breakfast. So I said something to the counter in which I received a bunch of “awh, sorry”s. Then when I sat down after ordering my single drink. One of the male workers (I didn’t catch his name) found my order in the system and approached my table, asking if I would like him to still attempt to make it. I told him I would appreciate that very much. And he was able to make almost my entire order. He just saved my day, I’m running from here straight to work and I would NOT have eaten if it wasn’t for him. I appreciate the service and thought. That man just restored my faith."

I ask for take out and I got a Medium cup but I ask for a Large The worker was so busy to the next thing She didn't realize what she was doing but I told her I oder a Large and she gave it To me I understand it's new people on the Job but I don't ever want that to happen again. Really nice people that work there and I'm grateful always. Thx"
