"We've stopped at 2 Crumbl locations (same owners) and the cookies are delicious!!! Service was between 4-5, as the kiosk is the expected interaction for ordering, and atmosphere got 4-5 because we wanted to sit down and eat our cookies right there! It's a new type of business in our area, and it's clear that the employees were enjoying making the yummy treats for us. We'll be back!"

"My first time visiting a Crumbl cookie shop. For me, the cookies are okay , big and a little bit expensive. 2 stars because of the cashier or the one who takes order. I was literally standing next to the person she helped. After she helped the person before me, she left without saying anything like "I will be right back with you" or something, she just left. I will understand if they are so busy, but they weren't. Maybe she didn't wanna serve asian people?? .."

"My first time visiting a Crumbl cookie shop. It was a neat and clean business. You could see them preparing the cookies right in front of you. You can order on a tablet, or with a friendly employee. I knew the cookies would be overpriced. It’s a given with this type of business. What I wasn’t expecting was that the cookies would be underbaked. Underbaked cookies don’t crumble. They did have good flavor, though. That was most likely my only visit."

"Gorgeous kitchen. I like how you can order with a person or tablet. I didn't get to experience it myself, but the idea of staff greeting me when entering is welcoming. Great service from the gentleperson at the order desk that I witnessed. I like how the cookies are presented to you before boxed. As far as the cookies themselves go, the y had some good flavor but were ultimately extremely under baked. You can see in the picture that they look halfway done. What little I did eat left me feeling sick. It's probably due to being so under cooked. Ended up throwing out 2 cookies due to their unacceptable cook. A real shame for the cost. The hype, tasteful cookie recipe, appealing decoration, and sweet presentation are marred by 4 under done cookies. A serious cookie mistake. One I won't be making again."
