He is setting you up for success whether you know it or not! His auditioning class is crucial. Bates Wilder is much like his name. He is wild! Wildly talented, down to earth, playful, and down right fun! I recommend studying with him as much as you can! This man is a GIFT that is gifted. I do not know Carolyn Pickman personally. However, I have several industry friends that work with her and they speak of her as they would their own mother. I also consistently hear how her approach with actors is open minded.
