"New name, same helpful, knowledgeable staff. I stopped in this past spring in preparation for painting the exterior of my house. All the staff (Wendy and Nick) were very helpful. I worked mostly with Alisha looking for a contractor that could repair/replace rotted wood in addition to painting. She gave me 3 business cards to contact. Each responded quickly and I chose one.Then came matching the existing colors as the BM names/formulas had changed from my past or non-retrievable records. I purchased a gallon of one trim paint that was too bright. I brought in some shady area house chips and she was able to get a perfect match and add to that gallon, keeping the formula on file. I picked some samples for the house and 2nd trim colors, which were not to our liking. We described the look to Alisha and she did an amazing job finding the shades that really worked well together. "After shopping here for about 30 years, new ownership and lower quality paint. I ordered a gallon of paint from my list of previous colors and they made it wrong I took it back they refused to replace it. They told me they would change the color. I came back in an hour and they charged me for another gallon. $84 +$84, the paint was thin and runny. I had to repaint over it the next day with another gallon (from elsewhere)."
