"I was very disappointed with Jeff Johnston from Seacoast Floor Supply. He came to do a professional evaluation for the manufacturer (Somerset Hardwood Flooring from Kentucky) of our engineered laminate hardwood flooring because the flooring in our brand new house was splintering, splitting, and bubbling after the product was installed in our climate controlled home. Jeff told my husband and I that the floor needed to be replaced because the product did not meet industry standards. But, he reported something entirely different to the manufacturer in his write up, and we never received a copy of the report. Jeff seemed to be an honest man face to face when he visited our home, but unfortunately, Somerset must have asked him/paid him to falsely represent the facts he stated to us. I would not recommend this company, or Jeff Johnston. Honesty and integrity, qualities that top my list in doing business with a company, are lacking here."
