"Was using a coupon 20% off they did not except it, saying it was a third party coupon from an app. I use, that says Harbor Freight Tools, used this apps coupons before at other HFT stores and it was good! Not at this store, (will stop coming to this store!) Management had an attitude about the issue, no need for that!"

"Came in to buy a weed wacker but encountered much confusion over the blue price tags that only apply if you've become a member and paid out $30. That in turn negated my %25 off coupon. Being a 1st time wacker patron, I then realized that the battery and charger were extra! The clerk was not a champion of customer service let's say. He did scan the coupon but I squashed the sale because of the high expense. Came back with the cheapest wacker plus battery and charger but this second register guy would not honor the coupon as the computer said it had already been used even though it was at the previously halted sale. He refused to go against the computer! Fortunately Jaime the Mgr did the right thing. Oh and when I got home I realized I had bought an electric wacker and had no use for the battery and charger they sold me anyway. Ended up going to another location today to return both items. Some better customer service might have made the difference."

"Harbor Freight is where you go when you want to save money. Sometimes a job doesn't require overpriced tools and Harbor Freight can be a heroic option!! I've found that this is the absolute best place to buy razor blades and rubber gloves. Plus the TV mount I bought here was 3x cheaper & 10x stronger than the one at Walmart or BestBuy. The store is also very fun to just browse through, clean too!"
