Started out as if they cared about our situation; then increased our estimate by 20% without our knowledge or understanding while working with a sub contractor who purchased materials on our account without our permission, whom come to find out was fired from this company in the past, yet this company allowed him to order materials under our account without our permission, now demanding us to pay this 20% increase plus charging us 18% interest while we are trying to figure out why and how this has happened; very sketchy! Be Very careful!"
