"Always Changing the help. This new guy that’s been here in Rochester has NO Clue about ordering Cigars. It’s gone to hell. Empty boxes everywhere. Was suppose to get in my cigars 3 weeks ago. Not. Bringing in all Cheap Cigars. I use to Spend $100-$200 a week in there. NO More! Signal Street it is! My rating is a single star!!"
"Not Handicapped accessable. Entrance has dilapidated broken cement step and no railings. Clerk was pleasant and helped me buy a Logic Ecig but didn't give me a receipt. It was expired so didn't work. I tried to return it and the clerk was angry. Told me that they don't sell them. If I had a receipt he would refund my money. This happened in front of other customers. As one was helping me leave, he said it happens all the time."
"If I could give a -5 I would! I use to go here all the time as the employee is always nice to me. The moment I had a issue with a item he choose to be rude and started talking over me. Then another employee came over and continue to talk over me and I was wrong my issue wasn’t of there concern. At the end of all of them yelling at me I finally got my exchange I asked for because they wanted me to leave the store. Never again will I shop at jays! Worse place ever… I will go back to the city for all needs. Was trying to support a small business during the pandemic however they are just plain rude."
