We came back a few hours Later with our trailer to pick up the style floor we chose. the young lady was gone home for the day so had to do with someone else! Not like my trailer (ramp style) did not like my like me!!! we purchased $2800 worth of flooring from this gentleman. before I could even get it loaded in my trailer I ended returning it due to his horrible attitude. Where we met Adam who was extremely helpful extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to make up for the frustration we experienced at the somersworth location! Even stayed open past 5 pm to get us everything we needed for the job and did it with a smile!"

"I ordered flooring from LL Flooring for 2 rooms in my house. I used the website to make my selection and place my order. I chose the Somersworth location for my pick-up. The Somersworth store called me when my order was ready for pick-up. When I went there to pick up my order, the sales associate that I worked with was friendly and helpful. She found my order quickly and assisted me with loading it into my truck. The LVT that I chose from the website was an accurate match to the product that I picked up. "We did research on our flooring and lumbar liquidators had the best pricing. The installers highly trained,knowledgeable did a great job. Tim the sales associate in store helpful and friendly. We were appreciative of their expertise and efficiency. However we were disappointed in the store manager Zach. We found him disinterested and and curt. We got the impression we were bothering him with our questions regarding the filmmooring for the entire home. Your store carries a great product and in the end it all worked out which we thank you.
