"Poor print quality. Grainy, edges flaking. The order was originally placed on hold without notification adding extra leadtime for no reason. Damion was helpful."
"I have been a customer here for a few years now. I went in today to have a file printed out for me Off my USB and I got stuck with this rude lady who declined to help me because she said she was busy and told me to use the self printer and I told her I was unable to use it because I had cash only on me. Mind you she had time to chat it up with two other ladies after me. So I told her you have time for them but not me. Last time I checked they're there to help the customer with what they want. I asked to speak with the manager and low and behold she said she was the manager... You think as manager she would have handled thing's differently with me. Instead she told me I was just trying to escalate a situation. Thankfully another employee came over and helped me with no problems. Something she could have just done the first time around."
"No idea why they chose to be a UPS drop-off point because there is NEVER anyone behind the desk to take your parcels. I had to use this service 4 times this week and had the same pitiful experience every time. You go the the drop off desk, wait for a good 5 minutes before someone dares to come or for someone from the registers to say "I'll be right with you" but they ultimately don't. At one occasion, the manager and two workers were dealing with one customer while there was a group of 5 or 6 people waiting for quite a long time to drop their parcels. The manager finally came to scan and take the parcels in after a lady complained loudly that there was no need for three of them to assist just one person and that they could handle this in a better, more professional way instead of letting us wait for so long. No apology was given by the manager. The sad thing is that store is always empty, so why are employees so not willing to help? It seems like a competition of who will be the laziest."
"Tried to get copies of paper I needed after couple minutes I had paper jam. Waited 10 minutes employees said be right there another 10 minutes later still no help got my paper and left. I don't go to staples often lack of customer service and caring. While there three people in store. The one who said she help didn't and the other just kept helping others who came after I was already in. Now I have to wait about another week to be able to get my copies elsewhere"
"I have mixed feelings about Staples. Website is chaotic, services are slow, however this particular Staples surprised me. Staff attentive, helpful, ready to answer all my questions and offered help beyond their duty. I got what I need and my visit was very pleasant. Thank you!"
