"Pros: The pricing is competitive, the office staff (Nicole) is super friendly and pleasant to work with, and the fence has a good look to it. They also installed it in the late fall, which we appreciated. Cons: The cedar fence had gaps in it after one season, which we fixed ourselves by installing a cross bar across the middle. The wrong gate was installed and started coming apart. They replaced the gate, but they installed the right one incorrectly, so there's a large gap underneath big enough for our dog to go under and our one-year-old, and it's missing the cross piece, so it sags. They did upgrade the hinges. They have scheduled five different days to fix the gate as it is now, but each time cancel for one reason or another."

"My fence was installed in March 2022. My quoted time to have my fence complete went from two days to over two weeks. I expressed my concern with it going in the ground while the ground was still frozen as it could shift, however they assured me this wouldn’t matter. Last weekend we had some wind (nothing too crazy) and one of the sections detached due to it not being securely cemented well enough in the ground (Could also be from the ground refreezing as it was installed when still frozen). We sent photos (as seen below) to them via email as they requested. As you can see the post is no longer straight up and down, however it is still intact. We called back on Monday and was given a run around but that had no time line. We recalled them today and spoke to Nicole. She was unable to give us any estimated time on when it could be fixed. We then requested to speak to a manager multiple times. She became incredibly rude and refused to allow us to talk to a manager. She also stated that if we paid $250 then we could be put into a “cue” and there poor workmanship could be fixed faster. Understandably things happen, but refusing to make it right is unethical, unprofessional, and wrong. We still have not been able to to speak to a manager due to her refusal, so if one wants to reach out, please do… until then, never use this company."
