"Had my hair done today by Jess, I sent her an inspiration picture before hand and she was able to match it exactly, even tho I had boxed color she was coloring over! Great atmosphere and very knowledgeable stylists! I’ve also had eyelash extensions by Becca for quite a while and I loved them! She always made sure I was happy with my results and she didn’t rush, made sure I was relaxed and comfortable! Highly recommend this salon!"

"I get my hair & nails done by Stephani, and massage with Melissa. They are both wonderful, as is everyone else in the salon. I would trust anyone in there to cut + color my hair and do my nails if Stephani was not available. Everyone there is hardworking and professional. The salon is clean and very busy! I 100% recommend this salon if you are looking for a new place!"

"I've tried this salon many times and every single time I have walked out wishing I didn't. I wanted to like them as I like the concept of a 1 stop shop . Hair nails etc in 1 salon.. cool . But not when the people that work there are way under qualified. I've gotten my hair done. Every time walked out without getting what I wanted even after showing a picture of a simple baylayage then walked out with a 5 year Olds haircut after telling her I hate straight cuts.. I now go to ora salon in skowhegan strongly recommend she's amazing! And I never walk out disappointed. I saw they had a new girl that started nails there and thought I'd give her a shot.. guess I'm too nice. Come to find out I was only the 4th person she's ever done nails on? Yikes. And I was there for 5 hours getting these on only for them to all completely fall off in the first 2 hours after I left!! Between working and having a job getting time for myself isn't easy this was a complete waste and again a big disappointment. After I sent them pics of my nails I was told I can reschedule and they didn't do refunds as per policy. But I'm sure having quality service should be part of their policy? Guess not. They then told me they refunded me. But only half. So not only did I waste most of my night but I'm still out money. Don't be like me.. seriously avoid this place! Attached are the pics of my nails the first one fell off after an hour the rest fell off within the next hour."
