"Had my wedding hair and makeup trial, with Ashley Green, back in July. She was very easy to communicate with. Making an appointment was super easy and I loved her confirmation and reminder texts. She asked a lot of questions, allowing me to express exactly what styles I was interested in trying. It was my first time at The Bright Side. I loved the salon aesthetics and found it very clean and inviting. Ashley was ready on time for my appointment, was very friendly, and knowledgable with wedding styles. I had brought my own headpiece for my hair and Ashley was able to modify it, to make it look exactly how I wanted it to look. Everything looked perfect. I scheduled an appointment with her for my wedding day. She even recommended me to Amanda, for lash lift & tint. Months later, I scheduled that appointment with Amanda. Again, the customer service was excellent. Easy to schedule an appointment, on time, and very friendly. I was very pleased with the lift & tint. It was perfect. Definitely lasted longer then I thought. When my wedding day finally arrived, I had scheduled my hair and makeup appointment for the salon. Even though Ashley does offer to travel to the venue. She was ready for me when I arrived, after reviewing the design style we had chose for the day, it took no time for her to whip it all together. I have to say, I was even more pleased. It looked great. My makeup and hair lasted all day long. I received so many compliments on the look and the pictures came out great. I look forward to visiting The Bright Side and staff in the future. Highly Recommend."

"Would right a lower if possible my hair and makeup bridal trial would have looked better if a kindergartener did it. Ashley green told me she was running late no issue figured she was on a client arrived half hour late and she was still not ready for at least another half hour due to doing her own hair. My first wash after the appointment I realized how bad she burnt my hair due to it smelling like severely burnt popcorn. Very disappointing she seemed like she was going to be amazing. When I stepped out and was able to see in day light i was so disappointed with my makeup. And to spend over a 100 dollars on hair that fell out just from driving home was a complete waste of money."
