"I had my haircut done by Rebecca. It was unusual-the way she cut my hair. The top doesn’t blend in with the sides!! Even Supercuts does a much better job!! I got the impression she just wasn’t experienced. She never asked if she could point cut my hair, she just did. I was so uncomfortable and anxious-I couldn’t wait to leave before I lost it ! Now my hair is uneven and not layered properly…instead it’s just weird!! Its flat some places and sticks up in other places! I evened it up as much as I could, but I will have to have it fixed right. I shouldn’t have had to pay for my hair to be messed up! I had the same stylist for 20 years and have gone to Supercuts since-guess I should have stuck with them! Terrible experience!!!!! Never going back!!!"
