"Everyone on the team was amazing! We went to the Hanover showroom and David was great. We did not feel any pressure to buy anything. He answered all our questions and helped us narrow down what we needed with our preferences. Delivery was a little longer than expected. The delivery guys were great and even let me clean up the area underneath from the old tub after they took it away. They made sure the hot tub was exactly where i wanted it. He explained everything i needed and answered any questions i had. I made an appt for the white glove service and Kevin the technician was awesome! He tested the water and explained what everything was. He answered all my questions and showed me how to properly test, add and adjust the chemicals. Also, Kiersten McKay, from the office was awesome. Calling me to check in and make sure everything was good. She wanted to see if we needed anything and helped me to schedule the white glove service! Overall, the whole team made this such a great experience. Making a big purchase can be really stressful and this team made it so much easier. We had a lot of questions, especially with the salt water system, and we did not feel like we were inconveniencing any of them with all the questions and concerns! Thank you!!"

"This was our first hot tub purchase experience. The showroom !nd products were top notch. Kris was very helpful and thorough in explaining what we needed to do to prepare for delivery and care for our new tub. I also worked with the manager Todd who was very helpful and ensure we were happy with our purchase. "Mainely Tubs and and sales associate Bob Berns made buying a hot tub a no-stress, no-pressure, and exciting experience. The showroom was pristine, the hot tubs were top quality, and most of all, Bob was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our protracted purchasing timeline. Once we were ready to buy, Bob and team took care of all aspects of the delivery and installation including removal of the old 1992 hot tub (although it was our responsibility to provide a new stable surface for installation, and ultimately we used our own electrician, even though they did have recommendations for one). They provide an excellent service warranty and parts availability guarantee, and complimentary first-time setup assistance. Being 6’3”, I’m really glad we went with the larger Caldera tub with the wider and longer lounge seat as recommended... it is so comfortable and gives a great massage. If you’re under 6’, the Hot Springs looks like a great choice with what they call “Wally”, the rolling Moto Massage back massager (but the lounge isn’t as wide). I wish the Caldera had Wally but the awesome neck massager seat plus the lounge make it such a relaxing experience. Whatever you go with, you will be getting second-to-none service and a top of the line spa."
