"Purchased a pool with all equipment at Leslie’s. This is our second pool from them. Manager was very knowledgeable and excellent to work with. Price for what we got was way less expensive than elsewhere and included everything with Hayward filter and pump too. We priced at all local places. The quality is excellent. Our last one lasted 20 yrs from Leslie’s. Couldn’t be happier!"

"I had a pool filter and pump replaced, which I purchased through Leslie's. The tech who installed it did not have the right adapter to plug into the outlet and so he was unable to turn it on to see if it would work properly. I expressed my concern but he said he lived in the area and I could call him anytime and he would come right back if there were any issues.Well his number isn't available and no one has answered the phone for days at the Danvers store where this man works. I called Customer Service and they offered to send someone out in three weeks. Totally unacceptable. Unfortunately I paid for the service, because I trusted him and Leslie's to make it right."
"I bought my pool vacuum from Leslie 2 years ago and only used it for one season when it staring to give me a code 10. I brought it to them last year to get it fixed as it was still under warranty. They had it for 4 months called and told me it was fixed. Brought it home and sure enough its not and had to bring it back. They then had it for another 9 months, called me last week and told me they replaced the motor and it was ready to be picked up. Asked Dave twice, are you sure because last time it was not. He stated that he tested a full cycle and it was fixed. I opened my pool this week, put it in and I get the same code. NOT FIXED. Planning on bringing it back to them this week. Although now it is not under warranty because they had it so long we will see if they will still honor it . I will keep you posted."
"Ordered a pool heater a year and two months ago. Still not here. They took money from us for the product they never had in stock then tried to substitute with a heater that would never even heat our pool. Over a year later the heater arrived but they are failing to install it. Either don’t show up for scheduled installation or come and walk out. They keep sending one person to install heavy equipment which should be three men job. Never pick up the phone. Super mismanaged. Their technicians don’t know what they are doing. Don’t deal with this company at all cost. You will never get what you are promised"
