Reviews
"Not sure what all the bad reviews are for. Had a 9pm appt got here at 7:50 and was done 8:30. Maybe i got lucky because I came at night."
"1 guy says they start receiving at 11 and another guy says come back at 1. The warehouse has rats, they had a bunch of bags of Doritos in the trash with holes in the bags from rats. Absolutely the worst place ive ever been to in 12 years of driving"
"Was in and out within 1hr. Warehouse located inside a big parking lot with lots of cars so be mindful, the earlier you arrive the more changes you have to get plenty of place to maneuver. Entrance on pappasway off I-90 exit 135 through the tunnel. Appt was at 7:30am, arrived by 6:30 out by 7:20. Not sure about overnight parking and there is barely any near truck stops."
"Truckers are professionals who keep your business going, so why not treat them as such? It's unacceptable to be required to navigate a poorly kept warehouse with multiple safety hazards in order to "check in" with a guy sitting on a forklift. The sign at the door is confusing and not correct - telling drivers to stay in their trucks when actually they are required to track down a dock worker to give the paperwork to. Just an accurate sign would go a long way, and please set up some kind of bell to alert employees that a driver has arrived, and get them checked in at the door. Far below industry standards. Seems like the company is stuck in 1898!"
