She came up with smart solutions and helped me better understand how to maximize the space and functionality of our kitchen. She worked tirelessly to measure and revise the design to make sure everything was perfect. She often pulled up photos she had taken herself from the manufacturing facility to better demonstrate many of the built-in options and how they operate. Pictures can only do so much, her deep knowledge and enthusiasm for these types of details were unparalleled. She did not overwhelm us but listened to what our concerns were and needs. She was forthright in pricing and timing info which was crucial in keeping us on track. She kept in regular contact and followed up after install to make sure everything was working as she designed. She's a gem, wonderful to work with and a real highlight. Kitchen design can be stressful. Melissa made it a pleasure."

"Huge shout out to the team we worked with at Norfolk Kitchen & Bath! Our designer, Katie, was super patient with me as I took a long time to finalize my bathroom design. Once the design was in place we had the absolute pleasure of working with Dan as our project Manager. I loved that Dan would let us know which workers were coming every day - he would send me their name and time of arrival. The workers were always on time. Every worker that came to our house was incredibly professional, respectful and kind. Our tile work was installed by USA Tile, lead by Lindomar and was done beautifully. We love our remodeled bathroom and can’t thank our team at Norfolk Kitchen & Bath enough. Definitely a 5 star experience!"

Scott Walsh, the Project Manager, oversaw our entire project with the Norfolk Kitchen & Bath carpenters and USA Tile and Painting Corp. installers. USA Tile installed the backsplashes in the kitchen and bar area. They all provided high quality work. John, the Head Carpenter, worked out problems with our HVAC person on the gas vent. His workers - Kevin, Pat, Matt, Mentor and Spencer were all great too."
