"Pat had his crew installed a new liner with the pads for the floor and walls and a patch repair. By November the pool lost so much water that was half full. I refilled then by January it was completely empty. We texted numerous times from then to no avail. He finally answered our text in March and said uncover the pool and I'll come take a look. We haven't heard from him since and will not return calls, texts from us or Namco. Now Namco wont honor the warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

"Pat and his team were extremely helpful prior to, during and after install. Pool looks great and measurements were exact. Had a minor issue with parts (manufacturer issue) and Pat made sure his team was over to complete set up within 48 business hours, as he stated they would be. Would highly recommend this company to future pool owners."

"Pat N. did a great job excavating the area for our 15' Luxor pool we purchased at NAMCO (7/2018). He had impressive skills with his bobcat to place the footings right up to our existing deck. Even though the crew came the following day to erect the pool itself, his careful measurements provided a nice level install! He also used a bobcat with tracks, rather than wheels (which was nice on our lawn) as several trips across our lawn was required to place excavated material out of the way. Several weeks later, we noticed a tiny weep from a connection, and Pat came right out with a helper, and replaced it, free of charge. Thanks Again Pat! Great Job!"

"The WORST pool business my family and I has ever dealt with. They were hired to take down our above ground pool because we were giving it to a family that would have more use for it. The Superior Pools employees just showed up at 6 pm not even telling anyone who they were, they just started taking it down without telling anyone. Also one of the employees took the pool motor. It was a brand new motor that was worth about $200.00. They just took it right out from under our nose. It wasn't until we contacted the family we were giving the pool too that we found out it was in fact an employee who took the motor. Fortunately, when we called and asked to speak to the owner he said he would see if it was in one of the trucks. First he said it was not and then surprise surprise it turned out to be in one of the employee trucks and was dropped off at our front steps a day later. DO NOT do business with these people. I don't even know how they are opened. I will make it my personal mission to write bad reviews all over the internet about this place so I can warn others about the unprofessional, rude, and condescending way they do business. Vulchers."
