"People put so much effort into researching the right spa when they should be researching the right company just as much !!!! A good product with bad service or lack of company support can easily become a bad purchase . I have been working with pools and cues for over 15 years for both my pool and spa . When I need them they are there and I have never found service elsewhere that can come close . From changing my pool liner to fixing the spa when I had issues , to helping me when I can't seem to balance the water chemicals they always meet my needs . I appreciate the quality products but I can get that anywhere , it's the great service and follow thru that keeps me coming back .
