"We've had a good experience working with New England Aquatic Landscaping. The annual pond maintenance plans are pricey, but the quality of service from is good. We added plants and a few fish this year. We receive a text message reminder a few days before a scheduled service call and another on the same day with their arrival time. The techs are responsive by text if you have questions about the visit and they provide you with a full pond report with photos and videos after the visits. We'd recommend them to friends."

"We can’t say enough about our experience with New England Aquatic Landscape (The I ❤️ Ponds guys). This was the second year with our aquatic oasis ~ we love it as much as our backyard friends do. In addition to the fish, we’ve had a constant supply of birds and frogs. There was even a duck passing through who stayed for a day before moving on. Thankfully we haven’t lost any fish to predators in part due to the hiding spaces Shawn & his team built into the pond. The sound of the moving water and birds singing is so relaxing. We spent every evening this summer on the back deck listening to the falls and thanks to the underwater lights we could watch the fish swim around. They offer several maintenance plans, we’ve opted for the VIP plan as it is all encompassing and Zak is amazing. He does our maintenance and is exceptional! The level of knowledge he has and passion he displays for what he does is unmatched. He cares for our system as if it was his own. He answers all of our questions and was happy to teach us how to care for it ourselves. I’m sure at this point we could do our own maintenance. As part of the maintenance they net it for a few weeks in the fall to catch any falling leaves. They’ve shut it down for the winter and put an aerator and heater in for the fish. It gives us year round enjoyment- the birds will use it all winter. Everyone will make their own decisions about which service plan may be right for them. We like that we can just relax & enjoy. We can honestly say it was a great investment that we will enjoy for years to come. Very happy customers in the Blackstone Valley"
