"Run! If you can avoid this Clifton Park Staples, go elsewhere. They cannot handle the volume and are rude consistently. Gerry and Matthew are particularly dismissive, rude and unhelpful. For being in the business of serving customers, this store is a disgrace. One lady in printing and mailing is very sweet to deal with so I gave the store two stars instead of one."

"Usually excellent Service, helpful staff. No problem. One time, I waited in line I thought was customer service. Told me it was only Amazon. He did apologize. I think he should've taken me especially since I was just recycling. Then, had to wait in line. Got a coupon but couldn't use it. Then, same guy waited on me. Not always consistent but still love coming here."

"I went in on 11 13 2023 to get six copies of a double sided letter. I went to the help yourself copy machines not ever using one before I asked the lady that was there if she could help. She could not have been more rude. She did not want to help told me it was self-serve if I needed copies done I could leave them with her and might be able to pick them up the next day. six copies only takes a minute if I knew how to use the machine as very irritated, how rude she was unhelpful. Definitely not nice at all. She totally did not have time for me or anyone else for that matter!!!!!!!! I will never never ever be in that store again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"My husband and i went to this Staples to print some documents, We waited in line for about 15 min as the lady (Paula was the name in her badge) was taking care of 1 customer. At the time we arrived it was only that one customer and my husband and I waiting for our turn. She finished with the person and started doing other things to keep herself busy. She didn't ask us to give her a minute or anything, just keep doing other things. At that point, more people came in and formed a line behind us. Paula still didn't offer her help to us while we were waiting. I told my husband to better go do the printing in the self service printer as she looked so busy. As soon as we walked off the line and went to self service, she called next person in line with a "Next, how can i help you?". That made was feel like she didn't want to help us. I hope the reason for her behavior has nothing to do with our complexion, as we are black. Nobody is supposed to be treated like this. I'm not playing the victim card, just that we go different Staples stores often and this is the first time we experience something like this."

"We went to this location on November 27th around 12pm and was waited on by a very rude gentleman after waiting about 10 minutes without even a greeting!! I wish we got his name but I’m hoping the date and time helps. This man should not be working with the public in the service industry! We asked for a copy of a newspaper article. His response was “Not from us are you getting it!!” We didn’t realize there was a copyright issue and couldn’t be done, but there are definitely more professional ways to explain that to a customer! I wish I could this location no stars but can’t and it’s purely based on our interaction with this employee!"
