"From the moment Denis came out to check out my pool and give me an estimate, to the minute the pool was finished. I have nothing but good things to say. My pool steps were cracking, the structure underneath was falling apart. The crew that came out to refinish my stairs were incredible. They worked their magic, securing under the stairs, sanding and refinishing the steps with this incredible coating. The liner crew was just as amazing. We ran into issues with ground water. They worked hard to get it under control, while easing my mind. We utilized my natural water resource to partially fill my pool saving me some money on water being delivered. All in all I have nothing but great things to say! My pool was all set before Memorial Day Weekend, I would absolutely recommend them!"

"We had Pool Pro refinish our pool with EcoFinish in 2017. I paid $19,640 dollars to replace the tiles, coping, and resurface my pool with EcoFinish. The EcoFinish has held up great and is a wonderful pool surface. Pool Pro also installed new tiles and granite coping. After 5 years, our new tiles are falling off and the granite coping is coming loose and not attached to the top of the pool. I contacted Pool Pro in May 2022 and am still waiting for a repair date as of late July 2022. 2023 Updates I have reached out to Pool Pro again in May of 2023 and am awaiting a response. More tiles and coping have come loose in the 6th year since having this work done."
