"I had a pool done by this company and we started talking in Nov. 2019 and they started digging in May telling me everything would be done by July. Well things that were put on the quote were not clear and everything ended up being like a "A La Carte dinner menu". Well if you want this then it's going to be this much more! They put in a retaining wall that was not done correctly and wouldn't own up to it - said he would pull his guys off the job if I didn't pay him when I tried to talk to him about it. They didn't even have their own electrician and if you don't have a company that deals with pools then you are gonna pay twice. The follow through of customer service was never there. My advice is don't use this company. The people who did the pouring of the pool and the stamped concrete did a nice job but they are subbed out - not with this company."
