"My close friends and I enlisted Nove to run a private yoga class for us at our Vrbo during my bachelorette weekend, and we could not have asked for a better experience! The instructor was super friendly, warm, and knowledgeable; she creatively found a way to fit our 10 yoga mats (which she brought and which were super nice) in the sunroom of the place and gently guided us through flow while allowing room for giggling and for each of us to do as much as we were comfortable with. We absolutely loved starting the day with Nove!"

"I was visiting family and the studio was close to the house. The studio is way too bright for yoga, no music? No flow, too many back bends & same repetitive moves. Teacher late for class. Not impressed."

"I am vacationing on the Cape this week and typcially practice yoga 4xs a week at my home studio. I was looking for some outdoor options while on the Cape and found Nove's classes. I signed up for Sunday 7:30 a.m. at the beach in Dennis and it was the most lovley experience! The view and location is breathtaking. The teacher recognized that beach yoga is tougher to balance but still ensured a challenging yet considerate class. The teacher was Dilyana and her cues were spot. Nothing is better than a yoga instructor that you can hear and understand giving clear instructions so you don't even have to look to see what they are doing. It truly was the most wonderful yoga experience I have ever had on the Cape and I recommend it highly. They offer the beach class 3xs a week in additon to a lawn class next door 3xs a week. Thank you Dilyana for a lovely start to my vacation."

"After multiple summers of wondering around the yoga studios on the Cape, I finally found the ONE. Nové got me from the very first visit with its minimalistic approach and the friendliness of everyone around. The studio is equipped with everything needed - from the energy bite you need after the practice to the amazing body temptations you can find in the shower area. The large studio that was adjusted as a COVID friendly area and the beautiful interior design are helping me to dive into my hour of wellness right after I cross the door. Big thumbs up for the in-studio classes, as well as the virtual option. All of the services that the studio provides have been, indeed, my therapy throughout these interesting times.
