"Friendly and respectful staff (with some exceptions), but please do something with your check-in for the summer program. 20 min/parent/day is an hour a week that I can't afford to lose. The parents in that line lose a combined 35-60 hours a day just because there's only one person checking in at the gate and other ten members of staff stand around. The fact that it's taxpayer's sponsored doesn't help and raises the bar as well. Also, why would a professional working with little kids assume that a child "who goes to bathroom a lot" is "trying to avoid work"?! Sometimes it's better to leave preconceived notions at home."
