"I received this broken crock as a Christmas gift shipped directly from the manufacturer. I drove one hour to the store they said they don't 'do returns' in the store. Drove home and called customer service for a return label. I was the 47th customer in the cue. I emailed asking for a store credit & gas reimbursement since NO WHERE does it say I can't return in person. They won't give me a store credit only a replacement--even though I already have one, they will only send me a new one. This is without question the most deplorable customer service experience ever. My sister spent $87.00 on a crock with 4 utensils in it, it broke during shipping, and the $56.00 bowl she bought to go with it is nowhere to be found. They don't want to deal with that issue either. I own so much of their product--but I think it is time I part ways."

"A bit of sticker shock when you first walk in until you realize that everything is 50% off MSRP (the sticker). Good to know they also do resharpening of blades ...and not just for Henkel/Zwilling knives."

"I love this place! You can get discount Le Creuset products here. Keep in mind the Dutch ovens are still expensive, but they are cheaper than retail usually. Also, certain colors maybe more discounted so you can decide whether color or price is more important for you."

"Got a great deal on a dutch oven that was on sale, but got it home and realized they had scuffed the bottom at the store. They stacked the pots on the display table so that the rough edge around the bottom pot scuffed up the base of the one above it. I had asked for one that wasn't on display, but they said this was the only one left. I didn't think to check the bottom. You can get great cookware here, but just make sure you check it from top to bottom before purchasing a display item."
