"The drop off driver offered to turn the box to make it easier for us to load and as result, apparently we packed the box wrong and the MiBox truck could not lift it. Instead helping us fix the situation at a stressful time, MiBox rubbed our nose in their contract and ensured that we knew it was our fault regardless of what their driver had said. After several opportunities for them to make it better or even compromise, the only offer they made was to refund our money for services they were not going to provide (Huh? OK, I guess...). We have a great picture of the Pod team helping us fix the situation. Pod for the win, MiBox for the Loss..."
