JP takes the time with everyone to make sure their form is right and you understand what you are doing right and wrong. Be ready to be pushed to and beyond your limits. It's the toughest training I've ever had in my life, but JP and the other members do everything they can to keep you motivated. The feeling of accomplishment afterwords is like no other, you leave this gym feeling more alive than you ever have been.
