JP takes the time with everyone to make sure their form is right and you understand what you are doing right and wrong. Be ready to be pushed to and beyond your limits. It's the toughest training I've ever had in my life, but JP and the other members do everything they can to keep you motivated. The feeling of accomplishment afterwords is like no other, you leave this gym feeling more alive than you ever have been. If you are considering training yourself to fight AND working your way to a healthier body and mind, do not hesitate on giving this place a shot. Sidenote: Super clean and child friendly environment and all of the equipment seems very well maintained. No judgements at this place too, so you never feel out of place."
