"Used Quality Design to install an inground pool. The company basically outsources everything (excavation, pouring of gunite, patio, water, plumbing, fencing etc.) which makes it difficult to get people out on time and to correct or finish the job. In the end, pool was installed and we're happy but still had a small punch list that we just gave up on...the lack of response and sometimes rudeness was unacceptable. I know other jobs are waiting and our minor issues are now on the bottom of the list, but we are still customers. We switched pool service maintenance to another local company and hired others to come in an finish some of the items (cracking, sealing). Just read the contract carefully and confirm who does the work."

"WORST possible customer service. Lead me on for two weeks to get on their service tech’s schedule, finally got an appointment and the guy didn’t show up! I called to see when he would be here and they told me I’d have to wait another MONTH because they “take care of our own customers first.” So rude, so unprofessional, their word is worth nothing - AVOID!!"
