"Very unprofessional as a listing agent. Scheduled a closing date that coincided with our closing date.... only to find out that the septic system process hadn't even begun. (We were told that plans had been engineered, perc test had been scheduled and digging was to begin shortly). All of this on the day of showing, I would not recommend purchasing a home through this agency, if they are the listing agency. The realtor has been very unprofessional from start to finish as well. Wouldn't refer them to anyone!"

"I hired Rich Schelle to list a commercial building on south meadow rd. I was a veteran owned business owner that also owned a 12000sf building on south meadow rd. I entered in a contract with rich schelle. I had it on the market for a few months when I received a call from a previous customer that he was interested in purchasing the business as well as the building. I notified Rich that I had a buyer and I was going to negotiate a deal with him. I told rich I will handle it and he would still be paid. The negotiation went well. I called my attorney to handle the p&s. I told rich that my attorney will right the contract. Everything was moving a long. I was at my closing for the business and I was notified by the buyer that the bank was conducting an environmental inspection. My attorney spoke up and said Ken YOU NEED TO BE THERE AT THE INSPECTION. I told my attorney I wasn't going to be in the state and I would ask my agent to be there. I called Rich Schelle to see if he could be there in my absence. Rich agreed. I texted Rich Schelle that evening of the inspection to see how it went. AND HE REPLIED .......I WAS WORKING ELSEWHERE. I couldn't believe it after I handled everything the only thing I requested him to do and he blew it off. Not something you expect from an agent making $22,000.00 on this deal and all he was asked to do was make a environmental inspection. I spoke to his broker. At the British beer company in cedarville and she said she was going to talk to him. She called me on Friday and told me she now had both stories and would get back to me on Monday to let me know what she was going to do about it..... it's now Tuesday and I havent received a call. MY ADVICE IS TO STAND CLEAR OF RICH SCHELLE AND KELLER WILLIAM'S COLONIAL PARTNERS. THE BROKER DOSENT FOLLOW UP WHEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD. TOTAL JOKE OF A COMPANY AND WITH SO MANY BROKERS TO CHOSE FROM KELLER WILLIAM'S HAS TURNED OUT TO BE A......HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT."
