"I was struggling to find a chair that was in our price range and could accommodate wide shoulders and tall height. I chatted with sales reps twice, and they guided us to a chair that does fit our needs perfectly! I ended up going with a refurbished grade B chair. I wasn't so sure about that level of refurbished, but with how much I was saving off the price of new or grade A refurbished, I took a chance. Once it arrived, I had to search hard to find any blemish at all. The only marks I could find were a small scuff on the bottom of the foot rest and a crack in the USB phone charger (neither of which impacted the use or appearance of the chair).
